Covid-19....A Challenge to the Real Estate Market?

Don't let Covid-19 disrupt your plans for buying or selling your home, there is an alternative to conventional methods.

Under normal conditions it may seem to be a daunting task searching for a new home, Covid-19 may make it seem even more difficult. So, That's why I've decided to offer a system that I use for my buyers who come from out of the area. Live video streaming.

Live video streaming, whether via an IPhone or Android, offers some great advantages and benefits for both the buyer and the seller.
  • The Buyer benefits are the ability to see the entire home from the comfort and safety of their own home, minimizing unnecessary social contact and possible exposure to the virus. 
  • On a live stream you not only walk through the home as you would in person, we would be able to discuss details of the home as we walking through the house.
  • You can direct me to areas of the home that may not normally be seen in the listing photographs (ie; boiler room, garage, attic, etc).
  • Scheduling a showing, especially on a vacant home, is easier and faster. I can set up quick appointments with the listing broker or seller on homes that may interest you. 
  • No driving around, wasting fuel and time
  • No unnecessary social contact with sellers until you want to make an offer and see the house in person. 
  • The entire walk walkthrough is recorded and kept by me to look back on in the event you may have forgotten something about your video tour.
  • The Seller benefits are also appealing in that the amount of people walking through the home is reduced to only one person (me).
  • No reentry into the home needed, unless it is a new buyer, to show the home.
  • Less stress when you need to show.
  • Less worry about disease entering your home
  • Any and all showing may be handled in the same manner.
There are some requirements in order to participate:
  1. Seller(s) must sign a permission slip allowing me to record the video in and around the home
  2. I will also promise to the seller that no one will receive the recording without express (written) consent from the homeowner(s)
  3. The Buyer must promise in writing, under penalty of law, that he/she will not make any attempt to record the personal tour.  
  4. Buyer must agree to an online interview with me before appointments can be made to show the desire and qualifications to buy. No Exceptions.
  5. I will provide all necessary release and waiver forms.
